Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
- Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas according to health regulations.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for quality service, contributing to a fine dining experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in food service, particularly in nightclub or fine dining environments.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
