Laguna Clay Company is a Distribution and Manufacturing warehouse seeking a dedicated and reliable employee for our Oviedo, FL location.
- Prints shipping labels based on established workflows (Common Carrier & LTL)
- Prepares shipping and receiving documentation; maintains orderly files
- Processes shipping transactions and paperwork
- Assists in responses to requests for tracing of missing shipments and cycle counts
- Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in work area
- Performs required administrative tasks
- ERP System experience
- Forklift experience or certification
- Capable of lifting 50lbs
- One to two years related experience or equivalent
- Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Flexibility and a willingness to work with changing priorities
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet timetables
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
