This exciting Global Expat opportunity based within a major corporation’s Global Headquarters in Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the global UX (User Experience) and governance framework for a major brand’s website and global digital channels. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the effective alignment of corporate standards and implementation of localized requirements worldwide throughout Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and Middle East regions. Your responsibilities will also include :
Global Digital Channel Requirements Analysis and Implementation (40%)
Collect and evaluate new requirements from global and regional offices to ensure alignment with global strategies.
Communicate Korea headquarter-driven updates to regions and monitor their implementation within local channels.
Digital Channel Operations and Governance (40%)
Monitor Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and enhance operational processes for improved user experience.
Set and review KPIs for global digital channels to measure and improve performance.
Support the development of policies and processes for each platform, including localization of Korea HQ policies.
Establish governance frameworks across markets and serve as a digital ambassador for consistency and excellence.
Education and Training for Digital Channels (20%)
Conduct training sessions for regional teams during new launches or feature updates.
Develop training materials such as manuals, FAQs, and operational guides tailored to regional needs.
Preferred Candidate Background and Expertise :
BS or MS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or Business.
8 years of experience managing primary corporate website, homepage content and digital channel operations. (6 years of experience accepted with a Master's degree).
Experience working within a major Global top tier Technology, Automotive, Luxury Brands, or Premium Electronics company.
Project management experience leading and aligning Global teams across regions throughout Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and Middle East.
Strong understanding of global digital platforms, governance frameworks and localization.
Experience working cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Proficiency and understanding of software tools or platforms including AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe XD, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo or Pardot.
Strong experience developing training materials and leading workshops for diverse global teams.
Proficiency in Korean language a plus.
Please note that this is a full-time Global Expat Opportunity based in Seoul, South Korea. It is required to work On-Site in Seoul for a 2-3 year period. You will be provided with a company paid apartment in Seoul and international school tuition for children grades K-12.
