About the Program:
- 12-month, paid fellowship for new PA/NP grads.
- Focus: Building expertise in primary care.
- Structured program with progressive learning.
- Mentorship, specialty rotations, and scholarly project.
- Goal: Confident, independent primary care providers.

Program Structure:
- Phase 1: Foundational Learning: Observation, systems training, project planning.

- Phase 4: Independent Practice: Manage your own patient panel with support.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- New PA/NP graduates from accredited programs.
- Physician Assistants:
- NCCPA board-certified (or exam registered).
- Massachusetts PA license (or eligible).
- Nurse Practitioners:
- AANP or ANCC certified.
- Massachusetts NP license (or eligible).
- Additional:
- MA DEA and DPH Controlled Substances Registration.
- Prescriptive authority agreements.
- Completed application, CV, and recommendation letter.
