Job Description
The Funplex Amusement Center is the ultimate destination for Family FUN! We offer a high energy environment, great food and beverage, and rides and attractions that will be enjoyed by all ages. We are seeking an Assistant Party Manager for our Mount Laurel location to lead our local Birthday Party Team. If you are a current Sales Leader that lights up the room when you enter, capable of showing others the influence and finesse of maximizing a guest's party experience and love the opportunity and challenge that comes with parties, we are looking to hear from you!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Facilitate entertaining birthday parties
- Schedule, coordinate and manage birthday party sales, hosts and runners
- Develop your team to create a fun and enthusiastic environment for all guests
- Organize and implement birthday schedules and events
- Manage and schedule party office sales team, hosts and runner.
- Maintain reservations and prepare reports
- Oversee / provide clean up following parties
- Ensure that party sheets are completed both accurately and on time

About the Organization
Lahn Hospitality Group is a growing family-owned company comprised of a variety of hospitality businesses including amusement parks, a hotel, restaurants, bars, golf courses and more.
Since 1997, The Funplex has owned and operated an amusement park company with two locations along the East Coast. The parks are a combination of family-friendly and thrill amusement rides, waterparks, bowling centers, and arcades.
In December 2021, Lahn Hospitality Group purchased The Legacy Club in Cherry Hill, NJ, a country club with a prestigious golf course and membership. The club underwent significant renovation including a new restaurant, atrium event facility, and much more. In the fall of 2023 LHAG opened its first dual branded hotel, La Quinta and Hawthorn Suites, complete with 125 rooms and the first in the area to combine two different Wyndham brands.
