SUMMARY:
We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Corporate Bartender to facilitate engaging and memorable events for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a vibrant personality, and a knack for keeping guests entertained and informed. As a Corporate Bartender your job is to fill drink orders directly from guests. They must be knowledgeable about a wide range of cocktail recipes and be able to mix those drinks correctly, quickly, and without waste. Corporate Bartenders are expected to interact with guests to supply them with a drink that appears directly to their tastes. The goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience. All Corporate Bartenders will receive automatic gratuity at every event so there is no limit to your earning potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
- Check guests? identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Make drinks in a quick and efficient manner
- Provide excellent guest service
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Keep bar clean and tidy at all times
- Representing the Brand: Uphold The Funplex's values and brand image through professional conduct and interactions with clients, guests, and vendors.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all guest service guidelines

Bartenders? requirements and qualifications
- T.I.P.S certification a plus
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older per New Jersey guidelines
