What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Outlet Positions position at Lahn Hospitality and Amusement Group?
We are seeking part-time employees to join The Funplex. The Food and beverage department is looking to fill multiple positons within our facility. Positions include cashiers, servers, bussers and cooks for our outlets which include quick service food stands, full service café, pizza station, and table service areas. The positions will be responsible for the satisfaction of our guests through exemplary service, efficient production, and quality products.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain safe and clean areas at the food service locations
- Prepare food for guests while ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
- Ensure that workspace and food areas are clean and free of clutter at all times
- Process sales transactions and accept payments
- Following recipes and preparing food for our guests
Job Requirements
- Must be dependable and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving & Christmas)
- Must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while multitasking, have strong organizational skills, and be able to pay attention to detail
Rate: $15.49/hr
