Groups and Events Host
The Funplex Amusement Center is the ultimate destination for Family FUN! We offer a high energy environment, great food and beverage, and rides and attractions that will be enjoyed by all ages. We are looking for energetic, friendly people to join our Groups and Events Host team for our Mount Laurel location.
Summary
As the Groups & Events Host, your role will be
- Helping with the set up for groups & events
- Welcoming and checking in guests and groups
- Explaining packages to the groups at check-in and throughout the day
- Serving meals and beverages and help with the clean up
- Interacting with guests, children and chaperones
- Ensuring groups and event guests are satisfied with their visit
- Being a liaison between the group and the Groups office
- Enforcing all rules and regulations of The Funplex
- Group Hosts who go above and beyond will be given more opportunities to work on Corporate and Special Events.
Requirements
- Must have an energetic, outgoing personality and is able to get along with a variety of personalities.
- Applicants must work well with others and excel in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays
