SUMMARY:
This position is an important role to the success of The Funplex and will be actively involved in the daily sales, events and group outings within the facility. This position is responsible for developing and managing incoming sales call and parties, while coordinating with a team of hosts to ensure each event exceeds the expectations of our clients and their guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute all parties
- Manage all contracts, secure deposits and finalize client payments according to policies
- Book Birthday Parties
- Manage inbound Birthday Parties
- Aggressively solicit and generate new party
- Work with party hosts to ensure guests’ satisfaction
- Greet and assist guests in the party rooms
- Handle the process of orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Respond to complaints from guests
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the team
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor Hosts progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Report problems with guests, or facility operation
- Other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business

The Party Coordinator must be fluent in all aspects of operations with knowledge of attractions, sales material, packaging and hours of operations. This position must possess excellent communication skills, as well as managing all assigned hosts.
Rate: $18-$20/hr
