The Legacy Club, a premier private club in Cherry Hill, NJ, a member of Lahn Hospitality & Amusement Group, is seeking a Senior Event Sales Associate to drive event sales and ensure seamless execution of private events, corporate functions, and special occasions. This role is ideal for a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales, hospitality, and event planning. The Senior Event Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in generating revenue, building client relationships, and maintaining the club’s reputation for excellence in event experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive event sales through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and relationship-building with corporate clients, social event planners, and club members.
- Conduct site visits and effectively communicate the unique offerings of The Legacy Club to prospective clients.
- Prepare and present detailed event proposals, contracts, and customized event packages to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the event operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Maintain and update event sales records, contracts, and client databases using CRM and event management software.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote event offerings, including digital marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by continuously identifying new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the event sales market.
