Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outside Service Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages.
Description: Seasonal position (May 6th - October 15th) looking for full or part time work during that time period. Player Services will open and close the outside golf operations and valet. They will direct, assist, and coordinate the day's events and functions with all personnel.
Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about services and amenities.
- Valet parking & washing vehicles
- Golf cart care
- Washing & storing clubs
- Attending the driving range
- Other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences.
Experience
- Must have a genuine service oriented disposition and work great with others.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or currently in High School.
- Have the capability to lift and carry items that weigh up to 30 lbs.
- Must have valid drivers license to drive a golf cart on a daily basis.
- Be prompt and available throughout the summer months.
