Role - Jira Trainer
Location -Oklahoma City, OK/ Frisco, TX / Overland Park/KS
Day 1 Onsite
4 Days/ Week
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Jira and the Tempo plugin for various teams, including project managers, developers, and support staff.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure effective learning and application of Jira.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different departments and teams.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to ensure they can effectively use Jira in their daily tasks.
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to enhance overall training offerings.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role, with a focus on Jira.
- In-depth knowledge of Jira, including configuration, customization, and best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
