Position: SAP Callidus Cloud Commissions consultant
Location: Phoenix, AZ
1. SAP Commissions Expertise:
- Deep understanding of SAP Commissions (formerly CallidusCloud) configuration and functionality.
- Ability to customize commission plans, rules, and workflows.
2. Lead to Cash process: Ensure that the commission calculations are accurately integrated with the sales cycle, from lead generation to cash collection.
This involves:
- Lead Management: Ensuring that leads are tracked and commissions are calculated based on successful conversions.
- Order Management: Configuring the system to handle complex commission structures based on different sales scenarios.
- Billing and Invoicing: Ensuring that commissions are correctly calculated and reflected in billing and invoicing processes.
- Revenue Recognition: Aligning commission calculations with revenue recognition policies to ensure financial accuracy.
3. Integration Knowledge:
- Proficiency in integrating SAP Commissions with other SAP modules like SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
- Understanding of data flow and integration points within the Lead to Cash process.
4. Data Management:
- Strong skills in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation.
- Experience with data migration and ensuring data accuracy.
5. Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Skills in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system issues.
6. Business Process Understanding:
