Title: SAP PP/QM Consultant
Location: Dalton, Georgia (Onsite role)
- 10-15 Years of total industry experience and minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP PP/ PM/QM, (SAP S4H). Experience of minimum 3 full cycle implementations, Rollout and Support experience.
- SAP S4HANA experience is mandatory and excellent interpersonal communication skills SAP Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience on S&OP, DM, MRP, ECM, Batch Management and SFC with Configuration and Customization as per Business requirements. Inventory Handling, Preventive Repairs, Proactive Maintenance, Deterioration Maintenance and Restoration.
- Strong skills in functional requirement gathering and perform fit-gap analysis, master data setup, functional specification skills, end user support documentation and training with manufacturing processes design for MTS/MTO/Rework etc.
- Experience on Integration with cross functional modules especially P2P, O2C, R2R, EWM etc.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Quality planning, inspection and control including quality certificates, Interfaces like LIMS Knowledge.
- QM Processes for Goods receipt from Vendor, Production in-process, Post Production receipt, Returns from customer, stock transfer, calibration of equipment, Stability study & Audit Management.
