Job Description:
- Senior electrical lead engineer with experience leading a team of 3 to 10 engineer and technical staff overseeing one or more product lines.
- Experienced in triaging technical issues, prioritizing and creating engineering project scoping, and making project assignments, and organizing resources.
- Strong acumen (accounting?) and general experience sufficient to lead engineering project efforts in the broad range of Electrical Engineering specialized disciplines of Embedded Systems, Power Systems, RF and Communications, Electric Motors and Actuators.
- Familiarity with product development and manufacturing of mature products for the automotive or aerospace domain.

- Key Words-Electrical Engineering field with expertise in Development Engineering in Lithium Polymer Development Engineer in LiPo Technology- Lithium Polymer Battery Technologies
- Senior electrical or mechanical engineer with experience in high-energy-density battery cell packaging development, for internal design or technical oversight of outsourced battery cell package development.
- Familiarity with Lithium Polymer Battery Technologies, and/ or other high density energy storage packaging design, charging, discharging, cooling, balancing, handling required.
- Strong understanding/ development of Electronics hardware involving power Electronics Fundamentals in automotive or aerospace application, across range of usage environmental conditions.
- Experienced in product development for series production with designation of development criteria and test requirements, with experience making technical judgment for production worthiness.
