Summary: This role is responsible for providing expert knowledge and guidance on retail operations, processes, and best practices on PTC’s FlexPLM platform to ensuring efficient and effective performance.

Responsibilities
- Operational Expertise:
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in areas like Retail NPD process, E2E PLM processes.
- Best Practice Implementation: Translate industry best practices into actionable strategies for FlexPLM Implementation.
- Training & Mentoring: Develop and deliver training programs to client business users on best practices and PLM processes.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on FlexPLM platform.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., NPD team, supply chain) to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge Sharing: Act as a Retail subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and insights on industry best practices on PTC’s FlexPLM platform.
