Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage projects within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, along with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and possess a deep understanding of the insurance industry’s unique requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent understanding of the insurance industry, including policies, claims management, underwriting, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
