Job Description:

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years development experience in OpenText Communication Server, Workshop, CAS, OTDS
• 2 years’ experience in OpenText Communication Builder and Control Center.
• 5 years development experience in OpenText Exstream Designer and Content Author.
• Experience migrating OpenText applications to higher versions of the software.
• Experience supporting Opentext infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Linux
• 5 years of experience with Exstream output format handling – AFP, PDF, HTML
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Responsibilities
• Work with business partners and development teams to create letter/document applications based on requirements.
• Translate technical and/or design specifications into code for new or enhancement projects.
• Migration of OpenText applications to higher versions of the software.
• Support of OpenText infrastructure.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system related issues.
• Provides off-hour on-call support as needed.
