Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Enterprise Web Hosting team. As a Web Hosting Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the setup, management, and maintenance of enterprise-level web hosting environments. You will work closely with senior engineers and clients to ensure seamless website hosting operations, ensuring uptime, security, and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level web hosting servers and services.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for web hosting issues.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource usage, ensuring the proper functioning of hosted websites.
- Implement security measures and update protocols to safeguard web hosting environments.
- Assist in performing regular backups and data recovery operations.
