We’re looking for a fun, enthusiastic leader with barista experience who:
- Excels in customer service and fostering a positive team environment
- Is clean, organized, and thorough in their work
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes initiative without needing direction
Compensation:
- New hire training: $8.50/hour
- Shift leader training: $8.50/hour tips (average of $7.50/hour in tips)
- Fully trained shift leaders: $10/hour tips (after meeting Laika’s shift leader standards)
What We’re Looking For:
- Barista experience is required
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and culture-building
- A commitment to maintaining our high standards for service and efficiency
- Availability to open or close, including weekends
