Laila’s Way is expanding, and we’re seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and lead treatment services for clients in our Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) home.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct behavior evaluations and assessments for clients with diverse diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs.
- Provide behavioral therapy to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.
- Write and monitor treatment plans for children with ASD, ADHD, ODD, and other disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve treatment goals.
- Offer clinical direction and supervision to Behavior Health Technicians.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations to determine service needs.
- Support the development of adaptive skills for improved functioning at home, school, and in the community.
- Provide both direct and indirect behavioral consultation services.
What We’re Looking For
- Master's Degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline such as Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family therapy, Special Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis
- Licensure to practice ABA in the State of Pennsylvania (LBS)
- BCBA Certification required
- Experience with Central Reach EMR is a big plus!
