Laird A. Lile, PLLC is a well-established law firm specializing in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager & Controller to oversee the financial operations of the firm while also assisting with paralegal tasks related to estate and trust administration.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Accounting:

  • Manage the firm’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee trust accounting and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, profitability, and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts) rules.

Office & Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and technology systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and facilities.
  • Support attorneys with client billing, case tracking, and document management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
