- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from the showroom to vehicle delivery.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Utilize dealership resources, including CRM systems, to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Stay informed about the latest Ford models, financing options, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and services.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.
- Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successful sales in a high-volume environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
