Laird Noller Ford is seeking an experienced Body Technician to join our team. We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience in all aspects of automotive body repair. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in metal repair, straightening, plastic finish work, and welding, and must bring a strong, positive attitude to the team. You’ll work in a supportive and professional environment where we value quality workmanship and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform metal repairs, including pulling, squaring, filling, and sanding.
- Repair and replace parts as needed.
- Carry out metal straightening, plastic finish work, and structural repairs.
- Perform welding and other body repair tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure the quality of all repairs meets company standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees to promote a team-oriented work environment.
