Automotive Finance Manager – Noller Olathe Supercenter
Olathe, KS | Full-Time | $75,000 – $200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Secure financing for customers through a variety of lenders
- Present financial products and extended service contracts to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and banks
- Ensure compliance with all dealership, local, state, and federal regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions
- Maintain fundings to ensure that CIT average days is low
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of finance, lending, and legal compliance in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Spanish speaking is not a requirement but a plus
