Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Proactively reach out to and follow up with prospective customers.
- Lead Management: Generate appointments through outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads effectively.
- Customer Connections: Match new customers with the appropriate sales team member and provide excellent service.
- Resource Guidance: Direct customers to relevant product information, including online resources.

- Data Management: Log all activity in a CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.
