Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Freelance Writer and Interviewer with a passion for crafting compelling copy that captivates audiences and drives results, and help us create impactful content that resonates with our target market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with corporations and suppliers about their businesses, interactions with a prominent supplier diversity organization, and the benefits they have experienced.
- Develop detailed and engaging profiles and stories based on interview insights for an economic impact report.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure accurate and compelling narrative development.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently to complete the project within the specified timeframe.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and written content.
Experience
- Proven experience in conducting professional interviews and writing feature stories or reports.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with economic impact studies or supplier diversity is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write compelling content in a variety of styles for different audiences
- Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to apply them in communication strategies
- Comfortable with public speaking engagements and presenting information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with journalism practices and ability to work with reporters on news stories

Job Type: Short Term Contract
Salary : $35 - $55
