As an Outside Sales Representative, you will help protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted insects using state-of -the-art technology. The ideal candidate is independent, confident, and customer oriented with excellent time management skills, strong communication ability, and most importantly . . . a very positive attitude.
The ideal candidate would be in complete control of their financial future. As an Outside Sales Representative, you have the opportunity to close sales leads and receive commission on closed sales by generating a new customer base!
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive a growing pest control route in the Baton Rouge Region
- Responding to sales leads by presenting quotes, estimates, and performing any necessary inspections.
- Inputting data and customer information into our customer service software.
- Maintaining records about all customer interactions.
- Maintain safety standards on job sites and during vehicle operations.
- Must maintain company core values at all times.
Prior sales experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary plus unlimited commission earning potential based on sales incentives.
