Job description

Wildlife Manager/Technician

This position offers on the job paid training and an opportunity to advance. The right candidate must be punctual, possess excellent time management and project management skills, and be customer service oriented. A typical work day as a Wildlife Manager/Technician will involve :

  • Preparing Wildlife team and coordinating teams to complete scheduled jobs.
  • Ensuring all inventory for upcoming projects is available and/or ordered and ready for when work is ready to start.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control to provide confidence to our customers and the wildlife team to minimize callbacks and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Using a smart phone and/or tablet to access work orders, time in and out of Jobs, record product/material usage, draw graphs of buildings and detail where work was performed.
  • Working outdoors, trapping wildlife, general carpentry to repair or seal up homes, climbing a ladder, inspecting attics and structures to find damage or openings where wildlife may enter.
  • communicating with and educating the customer about the service you will provide.
  • Driving a company vehicle to multiple job sites located throughout South Louisiana.
  • Helping people keep their homes protected from destructive or invasive animals.

Salary: Dependent on experience - base salary plus supplemental pay
