LaJaunie’s Pest Control is seeking a dedicated and reliable Wildlife Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest and wildlife control services to residential and commercial properties. Our ideal candidate is a skilled handyman with a passion for solving problems and ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify signs of pest or wildlife intrusion.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations to seal off potential entry points.
• Safely trap, remove, and relocate wildlife such as raccoons, squirrels, and other local animals.
• Use various tools and equipment to patch, seal, and repair structures.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including work completed and any follow-up needs.
• Communicate with customers to explain work performed and provide advice on keeping their property safe from pests and wildlife.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pest control, wildlife removal, or general handyman/maintenance work is a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment, tools, and materials up to 100 lbs.

Salary: Dependent on experience - base salary plus supplemental pay
