We are seeking an experienced Account Support / Planner to join our growing team. This position would be based on-site in our Roseville, MN location with some local travel between our Roseville, Vadnais Heights, New Hope, and Coon Rapids offices. Our Account Support Representatives are detail-oriented problem solvers who bring a positive attitude to work each day. They pride themselves on providing excellent customer service to our customers. Ideally, this person would have a manufacturing background and will use those skills and Lake Air's processes to accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Purpose
The Account Support / Planner is dedicated to managing all aspects of sales orders. This person will provide the communication link between Lake Air Products and our customers, as it relates to the order processing and follow-up on all orders and the shipments. This person will be instrumental in developing teamwork, as well as driving key performance metrics.
