What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate (part-time) position at Lake Air Pool Supply?
Job Description:
1. Be friendly and provide great customer service.
3. Run water tests, help the customer understand the test and then gather necessary chemicals.
4. Ring up and charge for customers' orders and help them to their car.
5. Answer the phone and connect customers with the right department.
6. Stock shelves throughout the day and make sure the Inventory Manager knows when we need to reorder items.
7. Receive deliveries when they arrive, unpack them and put them away (heavy lifting will be required).
8. Vacuum, sweep, and mop daily. Help to maintain a neat, clean showroom.
Job Qualifications: Strong customer service skills. Friendly and outgoing personality. Hardworking and able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly, move from a squatting to standing position repeatedly, and stand for hours at a time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
