We are currently adding new assemblers to join our growing location in New Hope, MN on 1st shift. Enjoy 10-hour days and 3-day weekends!

Responsibilities
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Organizes parts and subassemblies for an efficient assembly process.
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed components/products.
- Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of varied manufacturing experience in Mechanical Assembly
- Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 9 hours per shift
- Ability to interpret blueprints and perform all necessary measurements
- Previous experience using hand and power tools (Drill, Adjustable Wrenches, Pliers, Hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
