Lake Area Discovery Center is a Christian-based, NAEYC-accredited, non-profit early childhood program that partners with churches and schools to provide high-quality care and education for young children.
Hiring a PreK Assistant Teacher and an Infant Assistant Teacher for the Lake Area Discovery Center at Presentation of Mary (POM) in Maplewood, MN. The positions are year-round, Monday through Friday.
1. PreK Assistant, 8 : 30 AM-12 : 30 PM. Working with the Young 3's PreK Lead in the Discovery Classroom.
18.00-$22.00 / hour, depending education, experience and DHS Licensing qualifications.
2. Infant Assistant, 1 : 30-5 : 30 PM. Working with the Infant Lead Teacher, ending the day caring for infants, 6 weeks-15 months old.
18.00-$22.00 / hour, depending education, experience and DHS Licensing qualifications.
The Lake Area Discovery Center has served pre-kindergarten students ages 6 weeks to 5 years in the White Bear Lake Community for the past 25 years. Partnering with the ministry and education programs at Presentation of Mary and the Maplewood Community, LADC provides rich education and faith-formation experiences.
