What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard Supervisor (seasonal) position at Lake Arrowhead Association?
The Pool/Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for supervising and administering activities for the swimming pools in order to provide quality recreational services. This includes completing administrative responsibilities, supervising pool staff, working scheduled lifeguard and/or pool attendant shifts, schedules and scheduling activities/events in collaboration with the Event Coordinator.
This position will include Supervisor duties over 2 outdoor pools.
Seasonal position with hours between the months of May - September. Lifeguard Certification (thru Red Cross or other approved facility) & Lifeguard Management Certification (can be obtained on-site) are required. Reimbursement of both Certifications may be available. In addition, certified swim instructor and certified lifeguard certifier certifications, are not required, but would be strongly accepted. Reimbursement of these certifications may be available.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
