What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Directors-Behavioral Health-Geriatric Outpatient-Elwood and Winchester locations position at Lake Behavioral Health Management?
The Program Director is responsible for the efficient and successful functioning of the program which includes: Clinical Management, Unit Management, Contract Management/Hospital relations, Business Development, and Utilization Management. This includes but not limited to the development of high-quality treatment that meets CMS and accreditation standards; management of clinical service delivery, development and implementation of comprehensive program policies and procedures; employment of staff, supervision of staff, data management, and reporting. The Program Director implements and monitors quality measures and standards, performance improvement, and utilization and review. The Program Director ensures that documentation meets all state, federal, and other regulatory standards while accurately reflecting patient progress, needs, and level of care. The Program Director assures that the program and program staff adhere to the hospital’s risk management and infection control policies. The Program Director is responsible for all hospital and corporate reporting measures. The Program Director may also deliver direct services within their scope of practice.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work meeting independent licensure for the appropriate state board. Experience in management, age specific population, referral development, census building, and community education desirable.

Pay: $64,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
