Schedule : 12-hour shifts 7 : 00p - 7 : 30a with rotating weekends

As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will provide nursing care in accordance with the nursing process and our standards of care and practices. - Document patient information and changes in patient condition
- Alert the RN of changes needing reassessment
- Administer medication to patients
- Utilize appropriate interventions in psychiatric and medical emergencies
- Orient patients to treatment programs and monitor activity, encouraging participation
- Use facility-approved CPI techniques
