Job Type: Part-Time (March, April, May, September, October - Weekends Only: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, with some opportunity for Monday & Thursday work on select weeks) & Full-Time (June, July, August - 7 Days a Week). Some opportunity for working private events in the off-season months.

Lake Breeze Ski Lodge is a premier seasonal restaurant, bar, and country club known for exceptional dining and service. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team for the upcoming season. Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and cooking equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station, including sinks, drains, and surrounding areas.
- Dispose of garbage, recycling, and food waste in a safe and organized manner.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks, including food prep, as needed.
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
- Work efficiently to support kitchen staff and ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends in the spring and fall. Schedules vary for full-time during summer months.
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience not required.
- Must adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
