Data Analyst - Clinics (Full Time)

Description Of Position

Under the direction of the VP - Physician Services, the MMG Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing clinic and provider performance, managing provider bonus payouts via DocuSign, and developing innovative dashboards for real-time decision-making. This role will play a key part in ensuring data-driven insights support operational and financial efficiency within MMG.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinics and providers, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
• Analyze provider productivity, patient volume, scheduling efficiency, and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and process provider bonus payouts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency through DocuSign and other digital tools.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to improve data integrity, optimize reporting capabilities, and streamline workflows.
• Generate reports and data visualizations to support executive leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in reporting and data management.
• Assist in ad hoc data requests and special projects to support the growth and optimization of MMG.
  
  

Education And Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Consideration may be given for the right combination of experience and education.
• Three to five years of experience in data analysis, healthcare analytics, or financial analysis within a clinical or provider setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Epic experience
• Tableau experience
• Familiarity with provider compensation models, revenue cycle management, and operational performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
