Lake Auto Group group is looking to hire a hard working and dependable individual to care for our dealerships!
The Maintenance, Grounds Keeper and Custodial crew is responsible for the overall cleanliness of our dealerships, both inside and out, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform routine building cleaning under limited supervision
- Window cleaning
- Dusting, dust-mopping and sweeping
- Moving and setting up furniture and equipment
- Policing grounds for litter
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies
- Mowing and trimming of grass areas and hedges
- Snow removal from entrances and sidewalks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience
- Satisfactory work record and attendance
- High School Diploma
- Valid WI driver’s license
