As a Vice President, Retail Banking Office Manager for our Clearwater Office, you will :
- Cultivate service and sales efforts to develop new business and retain existing client relationships.
- Supervise and lead office staff to assure operational soundness and efficiency while adhering to bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Drive banking center profitability and growth.
As a new employee you will be provided with extensive training at our Lake City University located in Warsaw, Indiana. Our Officer Onboarding program includes a customized training plan with an emphasis on building interpersonal connections to lay a foundation for your success.
