Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering safe, personalized therapy sessions for residents.
- Ensure that therapy treatments adhere to established care plans and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized therapy space and ensure all equipment is in top working condition.
- Report any hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
- Follow all infection control measures and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain professional conduct at all times, including following the dress code and promoting a positive atmosphere.
- Ensure proper documentation and clear communication with the therapy team.
