Job Title: RN Supervisor
Location: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Lake City
Pay Range: Up to $32 per hour
Shift: Full Time
Job Description:
Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team! As an RN Supervisor, you will be a vital part of ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our residents and maintaining operational excellence within our nursing department.
Your Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to evaluate and oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to job descriptions and fostering an efficient, well-coordinated team.
- Participate in facility surveys as requested by DON and ADON, helping maintain compliance with government regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct daily rounds within the Nursing Services Department to ensure nursing standards are met and to address any concerns promptly.
Your Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid RN License: Active RN license in the State of Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care. Managerial experience is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management abilities to inspire and guide a team of nursing professionals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management.
