Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Lake City
Position: Unit Manager
Location: Lake City, FL
Shift: Full Time – Days
Pay Rate: LPN up to $32, RN up to $36 per hour
Key Duties:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring the delivery of excellent resident care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor resident health and well-being, coordinating with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Unit Manager Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Florida.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or a related setting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
