Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Process patient payments and posting to their account correctly.
- Verify insurance eligibility.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Process patient information accurately using eClinicalWorks.
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and managing patient records with attention to confidentiality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and office equipment.
