We are a growing electric distribution cooperative serving 43,000 members in northeastern Minnesota.
We are seeking a skilled Lineworker to join our team at our Mountain Iron service center. In this role, you will be responsible for the construction, operation, and maintenance of our electrical distribution infrastructure.
As a Lineworker, you will work 10 hours a day, four days a week, focusing on the construction and rebuilding of electrical distribution lines.
Qualified candidates must be graduates of an accredited lineworker program and meet the following requirements:
- Journeyman Lineworker candidates must have completed an approved apprenticeship program and hold a valid journeyman lineworker certification and a valid Class A CDL.
- Apprentice Lineworker candidates must be in the third year (or higher) of their apprenticeship program and must be able to attain a Class A CDL within the first 90 days of employment.
Our competitive salary ranges from $41.25/hr to $52.22/hr, depending on experience.
