Job Responsibilities
">This lineworker position involves constructing, operating, and maintaining our electrical distribution infrastructure. You will work 10 hours a day, four days a week, focusing on building and rebuilding electrical distribution lines. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

- Journeyman Lineworker candidates must have completed an approved apprenticeship program and hold a valid journeyman lineworker certification and a valid Class A CDL. ">
Compensation and Benefits
">The hourly journeyman rate is $52.22/hr. The hourly apprentice wage range is $41.25/hr - $47.52/hr depending on apprenticeship level. Our benefit package includes a 401K plan with up to 4% employer match, paid sick and vacation leave, 8 paid holidays and 4 floating holidays, employer-paid medical insurance, Flexible Spending Account/Healthcare Savings Account, employee-paid vision insurance, dental insurance with premium cost share, employer-paid disability and life insurance.
