Job Summary:
We are seeking a Help Desk Software Analyst to join our IT team. As a Help Desk Software Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all IT-related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, while delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
- Assist with user account management and password resets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel for further investigation and resolution
- Assist users with software applications
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Conduct user training on software applications
Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Solid understanding of IT support principles and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot software applications
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
