The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT services and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. This position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service delivery teams, and maintaining high standards of service quality and efficiency. The Service Delivery Manager will also play a pivotal role in developing and implementing processes, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
- Manage the delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes.
- Oversee service delivery teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in service delivery management, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure service excellence.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the alignment of IT services with organizational objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
- Proven managerial experience in IT service delivery or related fields.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, governmental officials, and the public.
