Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations
- Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve budgeted goals
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints effectively
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on marketing initiatives and promotions
- Uphold company policies and standards for operational excellence
- Able and available to work most Saturdays
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management within a retail environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in store management is a plus
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior
