What are the responsibilities and job description for the MDT Coordinator position at Lake Cumberland Children's Advocacy Cent?
Seeking a part-time MDT Coordinator position for the Pulaski County location. This position will be responsible for monitoring effective case coordination, including the preparation of monthly case review meeting agendas, documentation of current case dispositions, and entering outcome data. It will be responsible for coordinating with other MDT members to ensure updates for case review and in scheduling meetings. Additionally, individual will be responsible for reviewing incoming referrals and identifying those that meet criteria for services.
Individual must have ability to develop and maintain relationships with community agencies to enhance client services. Possess necessary knowledge of victimization dynamics. Must provide own transportation and have the ability to travel within the 10-county region. Criminal records must be clear of abuse offenses, felonies, and crimes against minors.
Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, education, or criminal justice required.
